| Why STEPS Elite Lacrosse? | STEPS Elite is a nationally recognized and respected girls lacrosse club.
Off the field, we strive to do more than just play lacrosse. We believe in the power of youth and come together to raise money for Susan G. Komen FOR THE CURE. STEPS Lacrosse MAKES a DIFFERENCE!! In 2013 STEPS Elite raised over $68,000 for the fight against breast cancer. Lax For The Cure, which was founded by Jessica and Charlie Shoulberg of STEPS Lacrosse has raised over 1.3 MILLION DOLLARS in only 6 years!
On the field, year in and year out we produce the most All-Americans and All-State players of any club in NJ. (click here to visit our honors pages) Our players are coached by the most decorated and established coaches in club lacrosse. We consistently compete for championships in the best summer tournaments.
Note to Goalies -- STEPS Lacrosse prides itself on being the best club for goalie development. We have dedicated goalie coaches on staff.
STEPS Elite travels to the most competitive tournaments in order to gain exposure for the collegiate bound player. We pride ourselves on placing our players in the nation's best collegiate lacrosse programs. We have developed long standing relationships with college coaches.

The STEPS Elite team program is designed to foster the development of the highly competitve, dedicated player. The STEPS Elite Team Program will field teams from current 5th graders to rising seniors. The number of teams and composition will be decided following tryouts.
Travel team highlights: The STEPS Elite staff is comprised of state and nationally honored coaches.
- Exposure to the nations best lacrosse colleges and universities.
- Entrance into four nationally recognized tournaments.
- Opportunity to play with the top area players will make all players more competitive.
