Carolyn Chu, MD, MSc, FAAFP, AAHIVS is Chief Clinical Officer/Principal Investigator of the National Clinician Consultation Center (NCCC), an educational resource and program that operates multiple federally supported tele-consultation services for providers. Founded in 1993, the NCCC remains committed to offering low barrier, person-centered guidance on HIV, hepatitis, and substance use and advancing health equity. Dr. Chu completed a Family Medicine residency and clinical research fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, NY, and previously served as Medical Director for a large network of community health centers in New York City. She currently sees patients and families at San Francisco General Hospital’s Family Health Center. |
