Please join us via Zoom on Tuesday, April 28 from 2:00-3:15 pm CST. You'll hear about #STLMade's STLMade4Good initiative which highlights people who are going above and beyond to address the impacts of COVID-19 in our region and help others navigate through these challenging times. Mosaic is staying connected
The International Mentoring Program continues to add new cohorts of mentors and mentees via virtual platforms. The Internatio nal Spouse Group continues regular virtual meetings to support the newcomers. It is more important than ever that international people feel connected and supported.
Our Professional Connectors Program continues to help foreign born job seekers. We're grateful to all the Professional Connectors who take time to talk or Zoom with foreign-born individuals interested in networking with professionals in their field.

Resources for masks, gifts and more
The Collective Thread has made over 6,000 masks for medical professionals, jails and organizations including the Humane Society. In addition to selling masks, they donate them to many local organizations in need. 22 women (half of whom are refugee/foreign-born) make masks from their homes and are paid $5/mask. CT sells the masks for $12/mask and requires a minimum order of 10. They have a streamlined production and can fulfill orders quickly (2 to 4 day turn around for a few hundred).

Visit their website to place an order or donate.

Support Immigrant-Owned Businesses

Anniversaries, birthdays and other milestones are still being creatively celebrated though we are socially distanced. Consider ordering a meal or other special treat for the celebrant! ZeeBee Market has an online store with beautiful fair-trade gift options. ZeeBee Market is owned by Julio Zegarra-Ballon, an immigrant from Peru.

At ZeeBee Market, every online order also supports the hard work of impoverished artisans and small farmers the world over.
