Daily Reflection: Saturday, April 4
The journey continues…we pray for all who have died and who will die because of the Coronavirus, and we pray for all who die and will be seen as “collateral damage.”
We pray for all the healthcare professionals who are putting their lives on the line every day in order to help save the lives of others.
We pray for all the leaders, scientific and political, who are making decisions about what and how things need to be done to protect the people. May they work together well and make the difficult and necessary decisions that will help to keep us safe.
We pray for ourselves…for patience, cooperation, compassion, and trust in God, as we keep moving forward knowing that there will be healing … may our faith help us to be people of hope!
We also must keep adding a dose of humor into the mix every day. Humor lightens the burdens, and can help to soften the rough edges of our lives.
With that in mind, I share another musical opportunity to help you smile today:
Keep the faith…share the hope…keep smiling!
