I am sure that all of us are having good days, not-so-good days, and bad days as we continue to walk through the days of this pandemic…it is to be expected!
But what is also expected, needed, and required is that we as a Faith Family reach out to one another to be there for each other so that we can help each other through the not-so-good-days, and especially through the bad days…
We will get through this, but we do it together!
I share with you this short clip from our Deacon, John Fredette, offering some easy, simple advice to help us take deep breathes, to focus, to keep our eyes on Jesus, and to lower our anxiety levels.
