Due to unforeseen circumstances, the current election ballot does not accurately reflect the candidate pool, so the Board is asking voting members to stop voting on the ballot sent out on Saturday, Dec 30, 2024.
This week, Stephanie Tumbleston resigned from the Board, which opened a new vacancy that the Board wishes to fill by ballot at the Annual Meeting.
We will have an Emergency Board meeting this Thursday to set a date for a new ballot of candidates. Anyone interested is invited to attend that meeting. An Email Blast notification with an Agenda will be sent out later.
There will be a new ballot going out in January, with details to be worked out at the Thursday board meeting.
