‘United in Pink’ campaign to kick off Breast Cancer Awareness Month
In recognition of October as Breast Cancer Awareness Month, St. Tammany Hospital Foundation is rallying local organizations and businesses for its newly unveiled “United in Pink” initiative, a community-wide, multi-faceted effort to raise awareness and money to fuel the local fight against breast cancer.

On Thursday (Sept. 23, 2021) Dr. Torcson dropped in for a visit with host Charles Dowdy of The Lake 94.7-FM, where he talked about everything from COVID and Ida to the health system’s growing robotics program to his own “amateur lumberjack skills.”
