- Use promo codes - below, if qualify for financial assistance

Aileen.Sutton@Girlsontherun.org. Emails are typically the best way to request assistance. The GOTR/STRIDE office
will be open on Labor Day even though the YMCA is closed.
Financial Assistance
All students who meet the state requirements for free/reduced lunch automatically qualify for financial assistance. Promo codes are used to calculate the reduced fee, as the system is not set up to do so automatically. Supporting documentation is required. GOTR/STRIDE staff will send a follow up email after the program has begun to those participants who use the code to gather those documents.

Brunswick & Columbus Counties - Thursday, September 8th at midnight
Onslow & Carteret Counties - Thursday, September 15th at midnight
New Hanover, Pender & Duplin Counties - Thursday, September 22nd at midnight
Late Registrations
All registrations made after the above deadlines will be charged a $15 late fee.
