Text STRONG to 844-229-9622 to enroll

6 themed weeks. 2,000 teammates. 20 minutes of activity a day. 5 days a week. This has been a year no one could have predicted. We are all feeling different levels of stress, anxiety, sleeplessness, and it has been easy to fall out of a routine.

We are calling on everyone in Lyon, Cottonwood, Murray, Pipestone, Lincoln, Yellow Medicine, and Redwood counties to participate in this FREE wellness online challenge.

Whether you have been working from home, helping the kids with distant learning, or drained by the non-stop news cycle, this challenge is designed to recharge your batteries and get us all moving again!

After you text STRONG to 844-229-9622:
