Digital Banking Updates

Why did we switch? Fraud is on the rise, and protecting you is our top priority. When we evaluated our digital banking options, protecting you was the deciding factor.

These two features are at the heart of that protection:

Trusted Devices — This feature recognizes the devices you regularly use to access your account. If someone tries to log in from an unfamiliar device, they won't get far.
One-Time Passwords (OTPs) — Each time you log in, a unique, temporary code is sent to you. Even if someone has your password, they can't get in without that code — and it expires quickly.

We know change can feel like an inconvenience, especially when you've had a routine that worked for you. But these features weren't added to create extra steps — they were added to create extra protection. For your accounts. For your peace of mind.

Quicken/QuickBooks

Quicken/QuickBooks connectivity has officially been restored! Members who use these Intuit products will need to follow the 2nd Action Date items outlined in the instruction guides that are linked below.
