The New Stanford Hospital facility site prep (known as the 'Make-Ready' site) includes surface demolition and utility work on North Pasteur Drive, and the demolition of Parking Structure 3 and 1101 Welch in order to make way for the new hospital facilities.
This week's activities:
What to expect this weekend (10/20-10/21)
Hours of Construction Activity: 7 am - 7 pm; nighttime work inside of Parking Structure 4 from 10 pm - 6 am
In Parking Structure 4, crews will be working Saturday 6am-10am and performing electrical work related to the exhaust fans in the northeast corner on all levels. All other fans will be operational.
Crews will also be working on the construction of a new valet parking lot in front of CCSR. No noise or traffic impacts as a result.
Weekday work (10/22-10/26)
Hours of Construction Activity: 7 am - 4 pm
In the evenings between 11pm-6am,in Parking Structure 4, the underground employee parking lot, concrete will be removed at level LL 3 related to the old gates/islands. This work will be noise producing. Ear plugs will be made available in the elevator lobbies.
Construction for the temporary CCSR parking area will continue.
Storm and sewer trenching will continue in North Pasteur Drive near the exit to Parking Structure 3 (PS-3). Night work will continue as needed. Access will be maintained out of the garage at all times.
Promenade work continues.
What to expect next weekend (10/27-10/28)
Hours of Construction Activity: 7 am - 4 pm
No work is scheduled to occur next weekend.
