The Housing Ready Team
Issues related to housing face every jurisdiction in the valley. The discussion of these issues are often populated by people with only their own personal interests in mind. They frequently dominate the conversation and oppose even the smallest change for fear of the unknown.
It is important that the needs of the entire community are considered when housing initiatives and housing developments are considered. To do this we need the community at large, even those without a personal interest, to show up and be heard.
SVED will notify members of this "housing ready team" when there are housing related issues up for discussion in the community. SVED may, or may not, have a position on the issue and we won't ask that you take a particular position. Just go and let your opinion and perspective be known. You choose which issues interest you the most.
