We need you to voice your SUPPORT for new housing in Los Angeles County! Canyon View Estates is BIA Member, Williams Homes', project and it needs your help.
Tell the LA County Planning Commission to approve this housing by sending your letter of support!
This project will add 37 new homes to the County’s housing supply, helping to alleviate the County’s severe housing shortage. In addition to providing market-rate housing, Canyon View Estates will be voluntarily donating $4,000 per unit to homeless and affordable housing needs.
More About Canyon View Estates:
- Project is in the approved Santa Clarita Area Plan for Southern Oaks
- Nearly 80% of project land will be set aside for open space
- Will create public trail connections and provide accessibility to 175 acres of City of Santa Clarita Open Space
- Will add traffic calming measures for residents
- Minimum 10,000 square foot lots
- Highest standards of fuel modification on all slopes to bring additional fire protection to Southern Oaks
