Dear Care Center Leaders:

We want to inform you of some important leadership changes within the SV-ONE Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

It is with deep appreciation and gratitude that we announce Carole Lannon will be transitioning from her role with the NPC-QIC and FON ELTs as the networks shift to SV-ONE. Carole has been an invaluable leader for the past 18 years, providing exceptional oversight of the cardiac portfolio. Her leadership has fostered collaboration, innovation, and a deep sense of community, and she has played a pivotal role in advancing our mission of continuous learning and improvement.

While Carole will be stepping down from her responsibilities beginning in March, she will continue to serve as the Improvement Advisor for the Physical Activity & Exercise QI project and the QI Workgroup through June 2025. She will also remain a trusted consultant to the network. We are grateful for her ongoing dedication and invaluable expertise.

We are excited to announce Jeff Anderson will assume Carole's role as Collaborative Science Lead for SV-ONE. Jeff brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the network, having previously served in several leadership positions in NPC-QIC from 2009 to 2021, including serving as part of the NPC-QIC leadership team. He is a pediatric cardiologist in the Heart Institute at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and currently serves as Cincinnati Children’s Chief Population Health Officer.  With his strong background in cardiology, quality improvement, and learning networks, Jeff’s leadership will be instrumental as we transition into a lifespan network in the coming months. Carole and Jeff are committed to ensuring a seamless transition and continued success for SV-ONE as we move forward together.

Additionally, we are pleased to share that the following individuals will continue in their leadership roles as members of the SV-ONE ELT:

  • Kiona Allen (Pediatric Cardiologist, Lurie Children’s Hospital)
  • David Brown (Pediatric Cardiologist, Boston Children’s Hospital)
