SW NH Education Leaders

The SW NH Principals Collaborative and the SW NH Student Services Leaders have merged into one group – the SW Education Leaders – for the 23/24 school year. Quarterly in-person meetings will be held at KSC on 10/27/23, 1/26/24, 3/22/24, and 5/24/24. Meetings will include time for discussion as a large group, breakout groups, and presentations on topics including school law, NH's multi-tiered systems of support for behavioral health and wellness model (MTSS-B), and a panel presentation with student support agencies.

On alternate months beginning in November, KSC Education faculty member Lance Neeper will host virtual check-in meetings. These meetings will not have a specific agenda, but rather will offer participants to present issues/problems of practice for discussion and collaboration. The Transition Summit is New Hampshire’s only statewide transition conference. The annual conference will include workshops, speakers, and practical tips and tools for helping New Hampshire students with disabilities achieve post-school success. New this year is an expanded Transition Fair and afternoon workshops for families. New Hampshire’s Multi-Tiered System of Supports for Behavioral Health and Wellness (MTSS-B) is a comprehensive system of social, emotional, and behavioral supports to promote student wellness and improve engagement in learning. The MTSS-B Community of Practice (CoP) brings together stakeholders committed to the improvement and expansion of MTSS-B implementation in New Hampshire through the sharing of resources, knowledge, and experience.
