Updates from the SW Center and Educator Preparation Programs at KSC

Welcome Autumn!

We hope you've been finding time to enjoy the fall foliage, crisp air, pumpkins, walks in the woods, and all things autumn.

In any season, the SW Center is here to support your needs in whatever ways we can by sharing resources and offering high quality professional learning opportunities.

SW NH Education Leaders

The SW NH Principals Collaborative and the SW NH Student Services Leaders have merged into one group – the SW Education Leaders – for the 23/24 school year. Quarterly in-person meetings will be held at KSC on 10/27/23, 1/26/24, 3/22/24, and 5/24/24. Meetings will include time for discussion as a large group, breakout groups, and presentations on topics including school law, NH's multi-tiered systems of support for behavioral health and wellness model (MTSS-B), and a panel presentation with student support agencies.

On alternate months beginning in November, KSC Education faculty member Lance Neeper will host virtual check-in meetings. These meetings will not have a specific agenda, but rather will offer participants to present issues/problems of practice for discussion and collaboration. For more information about the SW Education Leaders group, contact Beth Buoro (lizabeth.buoro@keene.edu).
