Welcome to South Williamson Athletics new quarterly newsletter! We will be announcing important information, updates, and events related to each division of sports we offer! Our SWA Main Board will be looking to fill the spot of Main Treasurer. Sherry Tull has served us for a very long time now and we are deeply thankful for her time and service. We will miss her and her contributions to making SWA the best youth athletics organization in Williamson County! Upcoming Events
4/22-Picture Day for SWA Baseball, Softball, & Volleyball. Weather permitting we will host pictures outside between field 1 & 2 at Heritage Park

5/7-Baseball & Softball All Star Tryouts will be May 7th! Teams will be announced at our annual Friday Night Lights event. 

5/12-SWA Field Sports Annual Friday Night Lights event. In the event of rain reschedule day will be 5/19! More information to follow.

SWA Softball

Softball season kicked off on 3/27! Picture day will be 
Saturday April 22nd time and location TBD!

County tournament will be May 22nd-24th and then resume after Memorial Day May 30th-June 2nd! 

Rainout Policy: For weeknight rainouts the game will be made up the following Wednesday same time and field. Saturday rain-outs will be made up the following Sunday (7 days out, not the next day).

Special Thanks
We would like to give a special thanks to Williamson County Park and Recreation for their continued support and guidance in offering youth basketball, softball, and volleyball to all our families. Attached please find the summer camps offered to our kids over the summer months at Longview Rec Center. Longview Summer Camps .  Registration opened on 4/1/17. You can register online here ! 

WCPR offers numerous activities for adults as well. Here is some information regarding adult softball for summer and fall along with adult kickball.
