But wait - we still have a GARDEN to build at the East Rock Springs campus before our students return in August! So let's roll up our sleeves and do this! Hold off on hitting the gym, and pick up bricks with the MES PTA on Sunday, May 21st from 3-5pm. We also need some wheelbarrows, so please bring if you have one.

Thursday, May 25 - Fifth Grade Field Day
This exciting day of activities will be hosted by the 5th grade social chairs and parent liaisons, and will feature lots of outdoor fun! Field Day events will take place from 9:50am - 12:30pm, with a special lunch provided for all students and teachers.
As with the school-wide Field Day in April, this event will require a lot of parent volunteer help! While most of the slots have been claimed already (THANK YOU!), we can still use a few more volunteers. If you'd like to help out, please sign up here.

MES PTA Help Wanted for the 2023-2024 School Year!
A PTA like ours cannot do all of the awesome things we do without a lot of support from our parents and community members. With a big move to a new campus and several of our families moving to VHE, we are looking to build up our roster of volunteers across all of our PTA committees. If you'd like to get more involved with the PTA next year, please complete this MES PTA Volunteer Interest form to let us know where you might want to help and what skills, talents, and secret connections you may be bringing to the table. Over the summer, our new Exec Committee will begin reaching out to folks based on this information to fill out all of our committees. Thanks!
