Dear SWS community,
Socially distant, but heartfelt greetings from the Board of Trustees.
We trust you are all settling into a new and perhaps challenging rhythm of SWS Connected Learning. We wish to thank you for your patience and steadfastness in these truly astonishing circumstances. As you know, many of us are parents, too and we are in the stew with you. We're extra grateful for you as our community, and for our common bond. We appreciate the positive feedback we are getting and we feel positive, too. If that does not describe your case, thank you again for your forbearance and please feel free to communicate with your class teacher, the Task Force or the Board of Trustees. We truly welcome your perspective!
We assure you we're all trying to do our very best for you, your children and our school. Let us know what’s working! Let us know what’s challenging. Your constructive criticism (as well as your praise) is desired and hereby requested.
Finally, we want to say how very impressed we have been by our dear faculty. Normally it might take a year or more to launch what they have done in just a few weeks. This is evidence to us of our teachers' creativity, adaptability and talent. And the value of a Waldorf education. We hope you agree and that you will be in touch.
Just wash your hands first :)
See you on the other side of the tunnel,
