Changing Times – Changing Faces

This is a locally sponsored workplace diversity training for organizations in southwest Minnesota. This event will help you better understand how diversity can give you a competitive advantage in business. Statistics show that employers that embrace and plan for diversity attract and retain their employees, enhance performance and innovation, expand their customer base and reduce risk of litigation.
Come hear Luke Greiner, Labor Market Analyst for DEED, present local labor market information and discussion related to that data. You will also have the opportunity to take part in an interactive presentation that includes business and program professionals, from our region, that will share workplace best practices and trials they have encountered. We look forward to seeing you on June 22 at 8:30am at the Franklin Community Center, Franklin, MN.
