Dear Parents,
Welcome to The Philippine Montessori Center!
Please find the required school forms attached to this letter to finalize the enrollment process. Kindly complete and submit them on December 26, 2022.
Accompanying this email is also an updated copy of our parent handbook, an audio recording, and a selection of slides from the school orientation that took place last July 20, 2022. We hope these documents help your family become familiar with the policies of The Philippine Montessori Center.
Reminders:
- Please ensure that all forms - Registration form, Undertaking SY 2022-23, General Permission (photo release) Form, Health Form, and the Pick-up Authorization Form, have been submitted. Children will not be allowed to attend classes if these forms are incomplete.
- Only symptom-free children will be allowed to attend classes on-site. The health declaration form below must be filled out and submitted every day, at least an hour before your child's class starts.
- Your child may bring a small bag with spare clothes, a bottle of insect repellant (labeled with your child's name), and an extra mask to school.
