Did you know? SYA celebrates 50 years of serving youth and families in 2023! We were established in November of 1973 with 350 participants. Today, SYA serves more than 13,000 children ages 4-19, and more than 5,000 families in Centreville and Clifton Virginia as well as some surrounding locations.

Wait lists for Spring sports start soon.

Sign up by February 28 to ensure your athlete is placed on a team, not a wait list!

"Wait lists" are created by each sport each season to ensure placement of every child based on the number of Volunteer coaches we have signed up. While a wait list is necessary, we try to place every single child on a team. If by chance we cannot place a child to a team, you will be issued a full refund. 

So please sign up early to avoid wait lists but do not be discouraged by them as we do try and place all children.

SYA Soccer Travel Interest Meeting

SYA Soccer's travel program, Virginia Valor FC, will be holding a travel information meeting for all those interested in learning more about travel soccer, particularly those interested in trying out for a travel team for the upcoming 2023-2024 seasonal year. The meeting is primarily for rising U9 players (players born in 2015 and exceptional players born in 2016). The meeting will also cover our U10-U19 travel teams, if you are interested in learning more, please plan on attending!

The meeting will be held on Tue, March 14, 2023 at the NEW Valor office located at 4455 Brookfield Corporate Drive, Suite 104, Chantilly, VA 20151 from 6:00 pm-7:30 pm.
