The 2025 Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) Application is now open!! Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) is the nation’s largest youth employment program, connecting NYC youth between the ages of 14 and 24 with career exploration opportunities and paid work experiences each summer. Participants can explore their interests and career pathways, develop workplace skills, and engage in learning experiences that help build their social, civic, and leadership skills.
Who is eligible?
- Young people age 14 to 24
- A resident of one of the five boroughs of New York City
- Legally allowed to work in New York City
The deadline to submit SYEP applications is 02/28/25.
