SYNC 2018 Was a Success!
SYNC 2018 attendees tuned in to a successful client conference and tuned up communications and operations. "Nashville provided a remarkable environment for our clients and staff to connect and network effectively throughout the events. We greatly appreciate the time and effort our clients take to attend the conference," said Teri Van Frank, President/CEO.
The official kick-off was held at Blake Shelton’s Ole Red featuring live music, cocktails, and southern-inspired cuisine.

SYNC 2018 featured an enhancement voting session, allowing attendees to vote on the development priority of a curated list of enhancement requests. The winning prioritized development enhancements are listed below.

Guest Speaker Rayleen Pirnie is a payments risk and fraud expert who offers specialized consulting services, procedural and risk management reviews, and payments education. Rayleen's supporting documentation for your reference regarding an ODFI’s liability for ACH transactions is provided here .
Keynote Speaker Anthony Huey offered pragmatic tools, tips, and techniques for communication. He presented practical and immediately implementable approaches to bringing the "it factor" to ourselves and our organizations. Anthony's supplemental packet of information is provided here for all attendees.

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
Share One's 2018 total raised for St. Jude is now $7,191.26, bringing our grand total for the past five years to $35,646.23!

SYNC 2018 successfully raised over $3000 for St. Jude, including $2,226 from the silent auction and $560 from the 50/50 raffle. Rose Fung from Upward Credit Union and Dana Griffin from Desert Valleys FCU (pictured above) donated their $100 winnings from the Click challenge to St. Jude!
Compliance: HMDA Changes in NewSolutions
In response to the HMDA changes included in the passage of the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act in May of this year, Share One has made corresponding changes to NewSolutions as specified by the HMDA configurations specifications.

Employee News
Brad Feaker comes to Share One after 20 years as a SQL Server consultant and over 30 years of IT experience. Brad holds the Amazon Web Services Cloud Architect Associate certification and has extensive experience with the Azure cloud. Brad will focus on upgrading the current SQL Server and Disaster Recovery architectures, deploying PCI measures at the database level, and developing Best Practices for SQL Server at Share One.
Becky King joins Share One as a Customer Service Representative. She received her Associates Degree from Southwest Tennessee Community College in Computer Operations. Becky spent the past 25 years in mortgage lending. She started as a loan processor and has worked as a pre-closing and post-closing compliance auditor as well as a coordinator in the appraisal department.
