April 2024

We have made some system changes in preparation for HMIS Coordinated Entry requirements set by HUD. What you will notice is that when you complete any of the following CAS Assessments:

  • Any of the VI-SPDATs
  • Foster Youth to Independence (FYI)
  • Initiative Assessment (CA - 503)
  • Permanent Housing Assessment - Families (CA-503)
  • Any of the Shelter Surveys

It will now automatically be referred to the appropriate CAS Queue (Housing Queue, Shelter Queue, or Services Only Queue). Additionally, we have edited the expiration date to meet HUD standards as well. There is no need for you to do anything as this will be an automated process.
