It is with great sadness that I write to inform you that Ed Robbins, father of our former congregant, Russ Robbins (Valerie Rosenson) passed away peacefully this morning at the age of 99. Ed’s funeral will be held on Tuesday, February 4 at 2:00 pm at Plaza Jewish Community Chapel, 630 Amsterdam Ave, NY, NY. The family will be sitting shiva on Tuesday, February 4 at 6:00, with a minyan service at 6:30 at Ed’s apartment, 49 East 96th St, NYC, #3C, and on Wednesday, February 5 at 22 Seir Hill Rd, Wilton, CT at 7:00 with a minyan service at 7:30.
