Session 1 - Starter Camp: June 14 - 17

Session 2 - 1-week: June 21 - 27

MOTHER DAUGHTER RETREATS

MD1: June 18 - 20 (Thurs - Sat)

MD2: August 15 - 17 (Sat - Mon)

MD3: August 20 - 22 (Thurs - Sat)

We’re moving our second Mother-Daughter session to August, which means there will be two retreats offered at the end of the summer. With school calendars now running later into June, we had to switch things up.

We’re looking forward to sharing these weekends full of riding, laughter, and cherished memories with you and your daughters. 💕

Alumni Weekend

September 11th - 13th, 2026

We are we are we are we are we are the BR Girls!

If you are a member of The Order of the Horse you are invited! Bring your BR Spirit! All BR girls (21 and up) are invited to join us for a weekend at BR. It can be action-packed or relaxing … it is up to you.

All activities during the weekend are optional. Included in the registration cost are your accommodations (first come first served for those new bigger bunks!), meals at the ranch, horseback riding on an easy trail ride, activities (swimming, boating, tennis, pickleball, basketball, etc), campfire with s ‘mores, Alumni Weekend T-shirt, live music and much more!

Registration Overview

Camper Sessions:

Priority Registration for returning campers will open on Wednesday, November 5th, at 10 a.m. EST and close on Friday, November 7th, at 11:00 p.m. EST.
On Tuesday, November 4th, we will email a unique link for campers to register. Please do not share this link when you receive it.
Priority registration is only available for campers who attended a 2025 camper session, Mother-Daughter Retreat, Family Weekend or were waitlisted for a camper session.
Priority registration is only for camper sessions; please keep reading for information about Mother-Daughter Retreats.
Registration for camper sessions will reopen for everyone at 10 a.m. EST on Wednesday, November 12th.

Mother Daughter Retreats:

Registration will open for ALL attendees on Wednesday, January 14th, at 10 a.m. EST. More information will be released as the registration day approaches.

Alumni Weekend:

Registration opens online on Wednesday, January 21st, 2026, at 10 a.m. EST. More information will be released as the registration day approaches.

Important Dates Coming Up

The BR office will be closed through September and October and will reopen on October 21st. If you need to contact us, please email us at info@blackriverfarmandranch.com.
Returning Camper registration opens on Wednesday, November 5th at 10 am EST.
Camper session registration will be open to all campers on Wednesday, November 12th, at 10 am EST.
When the office reopens, our hours will be 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
The BR office will be closed for Thanksgiving November 26th through 28th.
