Safe Access Oahu Update
Beginning this Sunday March 6th, 2022 we will no longer be requiring Covid Vaccination Cards or negative Covid Tests to visit the studio.

NEW! We've Updated our Group Class Names (& Descriptions)

Fundamentals: This is a NEW class we are offering - best for first-timers or anyone looking for a slower-paced workout with heavy focus on basic Pilates concepts, proper form and alignment. Get to know the Reformer & Chair. Learn how to activate your center!

Foundational(Formerly "Level 1/2 Mixed Equipment Class") This class covers all of the beginner level Pilates exercises on the Reformer & Chair (not just for beginners!). A full-body workout that both stretches and strengthens!

Intermediate(Formerly "Level 2 Mixed Equipment Class") This class covers all of the intermediate level Pilates exercises on the Reformer & Chair. A challenging workout that will make you feel strong from the inside out.
Please contact the studio or get instructor approval to join class.
Note: class involves weight bearing exercises - please make sure you are comfortable holding a plank before trying this class.

Advanced(Formerly "Level 2/3 Mixed Equipment Class") This class covers all of the most advanced level Pilates exercises. Must have a strong intermediate level Pilates practice and Instructor permission to join. This class is fast-paced, and each exercise has lower repetitions than the intermediate or foundational levels, which allows for many more exercises to be covered. Students are required to know the names of exercises and how to set up their equipment for each exercise.

Cardio Pilates: An advanced, "Contemporary" Pilates equipment class. A fun, high-energy class w/an accelerated pace. Lots of jump board & chair work to break a sweat! Towels provided. Must be injury-free, and please contact the studio or an instructor for approval to join class. No beginners please.

Chair Class: A mixed-level class devoted to one of our favorite pieces of equipment, the "Wunda Chair"! A full-body workout that will improve your strength and balance.

Mat: Did you know that the Pilates equipment was designed to help you improve your mat exercises? Having a strong Pilates mat practice is a must for all Pilates students. Come experience the original Pilates mat work on traditional Pilates mats (COMING SOON!).
This is NOT your average Pilates mat class.

Pilates in Korean: A mixed-level equipment class that is taught entirely in the Korean language.

Group Class Waitlist

We know our classes can fill up fast sometimes, but we do want to encourage you all to sign up on the waitlist! There is always the chance of a last minute cancelation and the opportunity to take the class you’ve been wanting to take! Do not worry, you are not charged or deducted a class for being on the waitlist. If a spot does open up and you are taken off the waitlist, you will receive an email from MindBody letting you know that you have been added to the class.
Studio Covid Procedures

*Anyone who has been exposed to Covid-19 must quarantine for 5 days post-exposure, and then are required to get a PCR test. If you show us proof of a negative test and you have NO symptoms, you are allowed to return to the studio.

*Pilates O Ka Lā now requires all students and staff to wear a surgical mask, KN95 mask, or N95 mask. Cloth masks are no longer allowed, unless they are layered with one of the required masks. A cloth mask is not enough protection for you or your fellow students. If you forget your mask, we will have them available for purchase at the studio, but please try to remember to bring your own, as it's difficult to keep them in supply. Surgical/disposable masks are $2, KN95 masks are $5.
