The USA Partnership Pavilion at Singapore Airshow 2020 saw strong support from show organizers, our government and industry stakeholders which included
officials of the U.S. departments of Commerce, Defense, State and Transportation, the Aerospace Industries Association, some 350 service men and women and more than a dozen military assets on-
site

all of which added to the United States’ continued prominence as the largest international presence at this important global event.

The USA Partnership Pavilion, America's headquarters on-site, was a bustling hub of official visits and activities throughout the show. The Singapore Airshow brought successful coordination between U.S. Government stakeholders and USA Partnership Pavilion exhibitors. The U.S. Commercial Service Singapore Team headed by the Counselor for Commercial Affairs,
Christopher Quinlivan
(back row, red tie),
supported 11 posts including Australia, Brunei, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. The team produced an exceptional on-site ShowTime program, which included many successes such as facilitating a state exhibitor's system trial for a local customer prospect.

welcomed U.S. exhibitors to a waterfront beach party at the Shangri-La Sentosa Resort. Guests enjoyed a beach buffet, dancing, and a cross-section of local culture including a caricaturist, magicians, fire dancers, a palm reader, and local DJ, Navin "The Iceman."

DELEGATION WELCOMED
Days Two and Three welcomed a high footfall of visitors, including several official delegations and visits from industry missions representing Asia, Australia, Malaysia, the Middle East, Thailand, United Kingdom and Vietnam, to name a few.

VIP RECEPTION WAS A NETWORKING HIT
The USA VIP Reception at The Fullerton Bay Hotel on Wednesday, February 12th boasted a robust attendance roster. Kallman Worldwide, the USA Partnership Pavilion organizer, welcomed some 180+ guests including distinguished visitors from the United States of America, delegates from Singapore and other Asia-Pacific nations, and members of aerospace and defense industry from many countries to a fantastic networking evening. The reception was supported by General Atomics Aeronautical, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Booz Allen Hamilton, Spirit Aerosystems, Telephonics, Bell, and Pratt & Whitney.

The Astronaut Al Worden Endeavour Scholarship
was presented to a winning team of four students and one educator from the Ping Yi Secondary School on February 13th. The Kallman Worldwide team was joined by Acting Deputy Chief of Mission Dan Bischoff, U.S. Embassy Singapore; Angelica Lim, General Manager Aerospace & Defence Group, Experia; the students and teachers, for a private award ceremony at their school. The Singaporean students were the second group to receive the award promoting science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education as a proven path from classroom to careers. Now known as "Endeavour Mission #2," the students will join the UAE "Endeavour Mission #1" team, who were announced earlier this year at Dubai Airshow, at Space Camp in Huntsville, AL this August.

Despite the impact of the coronavirus on this year's attendance, the Singapore Airshow 2020 was a success, hosting 30,000 trade visitor attendees from over 110 countries and more than two-thirds of its key exhibitors committing to participate in the next edition, taking place February 15-20, 2022.
Kallman Worldwide and the USA Partnership Pavilion
were proud to be the first to sign a commitment to return for the 2022 edition of
Singapore Airshow.
