Dear Neighbors,

Your safety remains one of our highest priorities. We are continually evaluating our community operations in light of the rapidly changing dynamics of COVID-19. In accordance with recent White House and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations, and to minimize potential health risks for community members, staff and vendors, we determined it is prudent to close the Association’s Recreational Facilities (which include the Trailhead Members Club, Spa & Fitness Center, and all pools), and cancel all Association Meetings (including Board, Committee and Working Groups) effective tomorrow, March 18 through March 31. Parks, sport courts (tennis, pickle, volley, and bocce ball) and fields (baseball and soccer) will remain open on a first-come, first-serve basis. Bocce ball sets and tennis ball machine use is not available during the closure and resident online registration of the courts are still required.

Furthermore, all Association Club Meetings, Leagues (tennis & dance), and Lifestyle Events will be canceled until at least May 11. The closures and cancellations will be reassessed as we continue monitoring the overall impact to the community and recommended guidance from health officials and experts.

At this uncertain time, we are committed to standing by you. To that extent, the CCMC Management Team will be working remotely during normal business hours to respond to resident requests, community needs, and inquiries. The team can still be contacted via email or by calling 480-357-8780. If you have an urgent after-hours matter, please call Patrol at 480-220-1794.

Regular communications will be modified during the closure period, and any updates or changes will be communicated via an email blast to our members.

Thank you all for your patience during this period of uncertainty. We will continue to share updates as the situation evolves and continue to comply with CDC best practices for your protection. Please continue to follow federal, state and local guidelines to remain safe and healthy.

Sincerely,
Las Sendas Board of Directors
