Safety Share: Spot the Hazards Before You Start Work

During an annual inspection, an employee was observed grinding near a fuel storage container and cardboard—both highly flammable materials. Before starting hot work, it’s essential to check the area for combustible hazards and control them before work begins.


The same employee was also not aware of the noise levels produced by their tools or whether the correct hearing protection was being used.
