At the end of April, Sage released Sage 100 2025. This release delivers many new features that customers like you have suggested.
Let's take a look at some of the most notable updates in Sage 100 2025
Request for Quote/Purchase Orders:
- Create a quote in Purchase Order Entry
- Email a Request for Quote to one or multiple vendors using Paperless Office
Sales and Customer Management:
- Expand the invoice number to 20 characters
- View details of the last invoice date and amount posted
Inventory Management:
- Ability to add a Universal Product Code (UPC) to inventory items
- Ability to sort by product line, to make inquiries easier
Reporting and Decision Making:
- Enable audit tracking for sales and purchase orders via the new Audit Viewer button
- New secondary views have been added to PO Request for Quote
Looking Ahead to Sage 100 2026 - 64 Bit Installations Only
Sage plans to release Sage 100 2026 exclusively as a 64-bit application. Sage 100 2026 will no longer run on a 32-bit Windows system so a little planning now could go a long way when the new release is available.
