What's New in Sage BusinessWorks Version 2018?

BusinessWorks version 2018 was recently released to software users with an active business care plan. 
   
The latest release contains a number of new features including:

Control How Email Forms Are Sent
  • Now send forms using a webmail account (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.).
  • Specify your own subject line for emails.
  • Add custom messages to the email body when sending forms.
General Ledger
  • You now have more control over warnings when A/R, A/P and GL transactions are backdated into prior fiscal period or postdated into future fiscal period.

Customer Details

  • Account statement, invoice, quote and order confirmation can now be configured to send to different email addresses.

Vendor Details

  • Purchase order can now be configured to send to a different email address for a vendor.
Account Statements Form/Report
  • When printing an account statement, additional options are available to report only customers whose balance exceed their credit limit, exceed a specified threshold amount or with outstanding balance beyond the specified aging period.
