The Many Ways to Access Sage Intacct Help
Did you know you can access Intacct Help from anywhere in the product?

No matter where you are, the Help menu is a place for answers.
  • Always the first menu item, Help on a page provides information about the screen you're on. On some pages, the Help menu displays additional topics, based on common tasks and questions.
  • To search for answers, visit the Help Center. You’ll find direct links to resources, such as release notes, community, support, and training.

Additionally, most pages include tooltips and field help directly on the page. Click to get bite-sized information for selected fields and sections.

Help Center best practices:
  • Use the toolbar for category information: Basics, Applications, Reporting, Administration, and more.
  • Use the search for detailed subjects such as Allocations, Sales Tax or how to Void a Check.
