Merrymeeting Adult Education will offer a unique class in July for parents and other caregivers of children stuck at home without camp options this summer.

online offerings this summer. A morning and an afternoon session will open to 10 students each, beginning July 14 through Aug. 18.
Sessions will include pre-recorded video demonstrations that students can watch at their leisure. "Class" will be held on the Webex video conferencing platform where students can show their work, ask questions, receive guidance, and be in a virtual community of artists.
Enrichment programming will continue online through the summer. Merrymeeting will publish a list of offerings in The Cryer monthly community newspaper in July and August. Community members can also view upcoming classes by visiting
Fall enrichment classes will also be held online. A catalog of courses will be directly mailed in August to residents of Arrowsic, Bath, Bowdoin, Bowdoinham, Brunswick, Harpswell, Phippsburg, Topsham, Woolwich and Wiscasset.
