The property is located 4 ½ hours south of DFW, has 450 acres of brushy woods along the banks of the Llano River and a spring fed live water area with an impressive water fall.
Typical wildlife includes turkey, whitetails, axis, black buck, wild hogs and varmints.
Guided hunt includes opportunity for one buck and one cull/doe of any species, plus unlimited hogs, varmints and legal limits of turkey. Guest accommodations include a bunkroom that sleeps 4 as well as a Master suite.
Property and hunt includes:
* Choice of 2 weekends; Nov 15, 16, and 17th, or Dec 6th, 7th, and 8th.
* Modern cabin with sleeping quarters, full kitchen, 2 decks, fire pit and satellite tv.
* All meals provided.
* Use of a Polaris UTV.
* 2 corn feeders, 1 permanent blind, and several temporary blinds.
* River fishing for Guadalupe bass, gar, and catfish.
Auction winner will be responsible for processing/taxidermy of any animals harvested. Hunters must meet all legal hunting requirements of the State of Texas as well as sign/return a liability release and safety agreement before the dates selected. Dates need to be selected by September 1.
