Candidates for Vestry and Special Petition Process
Parishes use different models for their elections. Saint Andrew’s uses a "proposed slate" model, where the Vestry selects a proposed slate to be presented to the congregation. This slate of candidates has been adopted and will be published in January.
Additional nominations are accepted by special petition. Any member of the parish wishing to stand for election to the Vestry by special petition must submit a nominating form signed by 5 fellow Saint Andrew’s members attesting that the nominee is qualified for election (meaning s/he is a pledging member with a clear history of engagement in our community) and must also include a short statement of the nominee’s qualifications and/or reasons for desiring election to the Vestry. All petitions are due by December 29th, 2022.

The Order of Saint Luke is a healing ministry, offering God’s healing love and the power of the Holy Spirit to transform lives and bring wholeness. On Sundays during the 10:00 worship service the members of Saint Andrew’s OSL offer a Healing prayer ministry, modeled on Jesus’ ministry, at the Healing Prayer Station located at the memorial chapel. Come for prayers, for yourself or others, during Holy Communion until the end of the service.

Pastoral Care Ministries are important to Diane Lovelace. You will see her many Sundays with the Order of Saint Luke. She's also a trained and steadfast Stephen Minister.
