Academic Excellence - Catholic Values

God Bless the Class of 2025!

Almighty God, we ask that you bless the Class of 2025 as they celebrate their graduation. May each one of them find ways to cherish the memories they have made and look forward with courage in their hearts. Lord, please guide their footsteps. Come lead them in through all that lies ahead of them.

Thank you, Lord, for the blessing of each of our graduates. Please fill their minds with vision. As they begin new adventures and face new challenges, may they be blessed with friendship, support, and love. Amen.

Class Placement

Saint Dominic School does not accept class placement requests. Every year teachers receive requests to place students in particular classes for the following year. Please understand that there are many factors that are considered when preparing new class lists. We sincerely ask you to allow the professional staff at Saint Dominic School to make student placements based on their educational expertise. Please trust that the decisions are made to help the children be academically successful in a Catholic school environment. Thank you for your understanding and acceptance of our placements.

Saint Dominic Sports League Update

Dear Saint Dominic School Community,

First and foremost, my prayers are for you and your family, and that you have a happy, safe, and faith-filled summer! We thank Almighty God for all our faculty, administration, and volunteers. St Dominic School continues to grow because of all those who have given their time, talent, and treasure to our community. I especially want to focus on Mr. Tom Fritz, who has led our sports program as Athletic Director these past 5 years. It has been a great joy to work with Mr. Fritz, and I am grateful to him for his many sacrifices and countless hours of service. I am equally thankful that he will stay on and share his continued support, assistance, and knowledge in a new capacity with us.

Mr. John Dolan, who is no stranger to our program, has graciously accepted the role of Athletic Director for the St Dominic School. I believe that Mr. Dolan wholeheartedly shares our continued vision of making sure our children are allowed to enjoy our vibrant sports program and pushing for athletic excellence. We strive to develop our minds and spirits here, as well as our bodies through athletics. The great Saint Augustine once said, “Take care of your body as though you will have it forever, take care of your soul as though you will lose it tomorrow.”

Yours Faithfully in Christ,

Rev. Brian Patrick Woodrow

Pastor
