Santa's Workshop is Here!

The elves have been hard at work preparing for Santa’s Workshop, a cherished Saint Joe’s Christmas tradition happening this Tuesday and Wednesday!

Students from Little Sharks through Grade 5 will enjoy a winter shopping wonderland during the school day, selecting gifts for family members. Bags will be provided for wrapping. Students in Grades 6-8 are welcome to shop on Wednesday from 2:30-3:00pm.

Santa’s Workshop "shopping lists" were sent home on Friday. Please complete and return them with your child on their shopping day. Be sure to include gift labels (provided, please fill out in advance) for each recipient.

Helpful Tips for a Smooth Shopping Experience:

  • Plan Ahead: Discuss with your child who they will shop for to make the experience less overwhelming.
  • Add Details: Include the recipient’s age and relationship (e.g., "Grandfather" or "Aunt") to help the elves suggest age-appropriate gifts.
  • Keep It Simple: Limit the list to 6 gifts to fit within the 20-minute shopping time. For additional gifts, students can return to shop Wednesday afternoon at 2:30pm.

We look forward to spreading Christmas cheer and hope your child enjoys the magic of Santa’s Workshop!

Celebrating Ms. Nancy Confort’s Retirement

After five wonderful years of service in the Saint Joseph School main office, Ms. Nancy Confort is retiring after Christmas Break. We are incredibly grateful for her dedication, warmth, and the care she has shown to our entire school community. While we’ll miss seeing her daily, Nancy won’t be a stranger—she has generously offered to fill in whenever needed!

Joining the front office team in January is Mrs. Jen McGrady, a proud parent of two Saint Joe’s alumni. We’re thrilled to welcome her and look forward to her contributions.

Please join us in congratulating Nancy on her well-earned retirement and welcoming Jen to the team!
