The Fun Run Is Back!
Planning is underway for the 2023 Fun Run. Last year the Fun Run raised over $60,000 for our school. We are excited to offer Fun Run t-shirts to our students, faculty, and staff again this year at no cost to families and staff.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for families and businesses on our Fun Run t-shirts. This is a wonderful opportunity to have your business logo or family name on the most popular t-shirt around.
Deadline for T-Shirt Sponsorship has been extended to THIS Tuesday, September 5, 2023!

SJS Choir
Dear Saint Joe’s Families,
I’m thrilled to accept the role of Choir Director for the SJS Choir! We would like to invite any interested students in Grades 3-8 to sign up for the choir, which sings at the monthly All-School Masses. The choir rehearses every Wednesday from 2:40-3:20pm in the Music Room, and the first rehearsal begins on September 13th. It was a joy to serve as the choir’s pianist for two years under the leadership of Daniel Farretta and Judith Pratt. I am excited to follow in their footsteps and to continue exploring the many ways our children can offer their gifts of music in holy worship.
With my peace,
Carlo Serrano

Birthday Book Donation Program
The Birthday Book Program is one of the library's main fundraisers, supplying a large portion of our library budget. Families can donate a book to the library as part of a child's birthday celebration! When families make a donation in celebration of their student's birthday, the students are able to pick a new book from the “Birthday Book Cart”. We will place a bookplate with the child's name in the front of the book, and the child will be able to checkout the book first before it is circulated in our library as a new title. Books may be also given at holidays, in honor of a teacher, relative, friend, or in memoriam.
