Singing in the Rain, Jr.

We're excited for this week's Middle School Musical! Tickets are now on sale for "Singing in the Rain, Jr." for this Thursday, April 27 and Friday, April 28 at 7:15pm in the Saint Joseph School Kennedy Center (elementary gym). Tickets are $10 each and are general admission. Online advanced ticket sales are preferred, limited tickets will be available at the door (cash only).

Fast Cash Calendars drawings begin in 1 week!!!

Fast Cash Calendars raise money for Saint Joseph School. Fast Cash Calendars are sold throughout the month of April ($10 each) and a lucky winner is drawn each day in May with 31 chances to win a cash prize. Please share the link to purchase with family and friends.

Each student is encouraged to sell 5 calendars at $10 each.

• Top Selling student will win $100 cash prize
• Top 3 homerooms will be treated to a Kona Ice Truck Treat!
• Each day in May we will pick a Fast Cash Winner – the student seller of the raffle ticket each day will win a Tag Day Pass – 31 chances for our students to win a Tag Day Pass!

Book Fair 2023

We are so excited to bring our Book Fair back to Saint Joe’s! This year, the fair will run from May 8th to May 12th. To learn more, and to volunteer at the Book Fair, click the link below. Looking forward to seeing you all at the Book Fair!

Library Request for Donations of Used Books

Please consider donating used children’s books for our “Gently Used Book Table” at the upcoming book fair. You may drop books off at school and leave them in the rear of the gym near the Pickering Street entrance. Please drop your donations between May 1- May 5. Thank you for supporting our library!

Grandparents & VIPs Day: Friday, May 5th

Visit classrooms (8:15-8:45am), attend the all school Mass (9:00-10:00am), and enjoy a cuppa coffee with us in the Linse Room (10:00-10:30am)!

Father/Special Person-Daughter Event: Friday, May 12th

Art Show: Wednesday, May 17th

Please join us for the 2023 SJS Student Art Show on Wednesday, May 17th from 6:00-8:00pm in the Elementary School Gymnasium. All students and family are welcome.

Pack-a-thon to Benefit CRUDEM

THIS Friday, April 28th: Students in Grades 5-8

Together with the St. Joseph Parish, Saint Joe's students in grades 5-8 will visit the Needham Knights of Columbus Hall to help pack 150,000 meals (dried beans, rice, vegetables and vitamins, sealed and packed in boxes) to send to the CRUDEM Foundation and their Sacre Coeur Hospital in Milot, Haiti, a 200-bed facility that together we have been supporting for more than 12 years.

To participate, all students must have a permission slip waiver submitted by THIS Wednesday, April 26.

Service Opportunities

One Mission's Buzz Off - Team Saint Joseph School

The One Mission Buzz Off will take place on Sunday, June 18^th at Gillette Stadium. This is the 7^th year a team from Saint Joe’s will be participating in the Buzz Off and the team has raised over $125k to support children with cancer. Follow the link below for more info.

Pan Mass Kids Ride

Please join us for the annual Pan Mass Kids Ride on Sunday May 21st!  This is a wonderful family event where kids ride their bikes and raise money to fight cancer. The ride will take place in the Wells Ave industrial park from 8:30am-11am, for kids age 2-15 and includes a post ride party.

Needham Resident Bus Registration

NOW OPEN: Yellow School Bus Registration for the 2023-2024 School Year

All Needham resident students in Kindergarten through Grade 12 may register to ride the school bus, including students of Saint Joseph School. Registration is first-come-first-serve and is open through May 19th.
