Hammerhead Shark Sighting

On November 19th, students from SJS Needham competed in the Fall '22 Boston Debate Tournament -- against over 50 participants from 8 different schools. Congratulations:

Jack Cancellieri - Pundit Debate Semi-Finalist, after a perfect performance in Quarters with a unanimous decision from all three judges!

Paul Gearan - Earned impressive 9/10 speaker scores in his third and fourth rounds of Pundit Debate!

Liam Sutherland - Pundit Debate Semi-Finalist, Cold Reading Quarter-Finalist!

Gingerbread House Decorating Party

Registration closes tomorrow!

Decorate a gingerbread house at Saint Joe's! Join the PSA on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at 12:15pm (10:45am seating is sold out) in the Elementary School Cafeteria (note: location change). Advanced registration is required. Space is limited to 75 houses per seating and spaces will be reserved in the order of registration. Please find more info and sign-up following the link below.

Speech and Debate

Speech and Debate are back for 2-more sessions!

Who: Students grades 4-8

When: Wednesdays, 2:45-4:00 pm; meets weekly, 1/11/23 - 3/15/23 (winter term), 3/25 through 5/31 (spring term).

Where: In person, on campus!

Tuition: $325 per term, $575 for both!

SJS Living Nativity

The Grades 6-8 students of SJS Needham would like to invite everyone to the annual Living Nativity on December 16, 2022, at 1:30 pm in the Upper Church. This beloved tradition goes back over 25 years. This year, we are delighted to include our entire school community in the audience and are thrilled that the Grade 6 and 7 choir will be returning. The performance is the final event of the calendar year at SJS Needham and a beautiful reminder for us all of the true reason we celebrate Christmas.
