SJS Spotlight

God Bless SJS School Counselor Erin Claflin!

This past week we celebrated National School Counselor Week and would like to highlight the incredible work of our school counselor, Ms. Erin Claflin. Ms. Claflin is a truly amazing and special counselor and we think she deserves recognition; so much of her work is "behind the scenes" at Saint Joe's and she makes a difference for our students everyday.

National History Day

When studying history through historical research, students and teachers practice critical inquiry, asking questions of significance, time, and place. This year, the students who participated in the National History Day contest presented on “Frontiers in History: People, Places, Ideas”. More than half a million middle and high school students participate each year.

The 2023 National History Day contest brought out some of the very best presentations from the talented Grade 7 students at Saint Joe’s, well done!
