From Football to Study Abroad, and Chess to Art, we are pleased to offer many after school activities to help each student find and develop their own talents and skills, at all grade levels. Session III of our After School Clubs begins TOMORROW Monday, March 13, 2023 (except Speech & Debate Club) and run through Friday, May 12, 2023. |
Mondays: Art Club (Gr. 1 & 2) FULL
Tuesdays: Football Club (Gr. 2, 3, & 4) FULL
Wednesdays: Storytime & More Club (Gr. K-1), Chess Club (Gr. 5-8), Speech & Debate (Gr. 4-8)
Thursdays: Study Abroad Club (Gr. 3, 4, & 5) FULL, Football Club (Gr. 2, 3, & 4) FULL

Rose Institute specializes in connecting speakers with their audiences. Since 2011, they have provided students with a platform to practice speech and debate. Spring Intramurals: Soccer | |
New sport offering at Saint Joe's!
We are pleased to finally announce the arrival of soccer! Sessions will be held at Nahanton Park in Newton, from 3pm-4pm. Sessions will run from the week of April 2-May 8. This will be an co-ed intramural soccer program, we will not be competing against other schools this season. Students should bring a water bottle, appropriate soccer equipment (ball, cleats, shin guards, athletic clothes, water bottle). Spots are limited to 18 per session, first-come first-serve. Registration closes March 19th.
Session 1: Kindergarten (all levels), Tuesdays
Session 2: Grades 1-3 (all levels), Tuesdays
Session 3: Grades 4-5 (advanced), Tuesdays
Session 4: Grades 4-8 (beginner), Thursdays
Session 5: Grades 6-8 (advanced), Thursdays

The biannual Mother-Son event is scheduled for Saturday, April 29, 2023! The PSA (Parent School Association) could use some help planning and executing this event. If you are able to help, sign-up using the link below. | |
Saint Joseph Feast Day
All Saint Joseph School families are invited to attend the 9:30am Sunday Family Mass at St. Joseph Church on Sunday, March 19th to celebrate the feast of Saint Joseph. Saint Joseph School will also host coffee & donuts in the Linse Room immediately following the mass. Students who wear their uniform to this mass earn a dress down tag day on Monday, March 20th!
Grandparents Day
On Friday, May 5, 2023 we are celebrating the Grandparents of the Saint Joe's students with classroom visits, an all school mass and a coffee reception. Please save the date and look for more information to come!
