FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL in the BOOKS!

We are very excited to have all of our Saints back in the classroom. They are so happy to see all of their teachers and friends.

Many events will bring our community together in the coming weeks. The Saint Mary Fair starts this Friday. This is a great opportunity to get in your fair volunteer time while the weather is cooler. Each family needs to volunteer one night of your time for the fair, either in the fall or spring. Back to School night is next Thursday at 6 pm. We will meet in Memorial Hall to begin the evening. I hope parents will join us to learn more about the school year and address any questions you may have.

We have our first dine to donate at MJ's Restaurant Bar and Grill on Sept. 26. Restaurants that participate give a percentage of their profits back to Saint Mary School. Supporting dine to donate is just one way to support school fundraising. We rely on these events to help us close the gap between the actual cost of education and tuition costs. Our families do an amazing job of showing up so we can keep tuition down.

Our first all-school mass will be Friday, Sept. 22. We invite all of our families to join us. When the church is filled our hearts are filled. Students love to see their parents at mass with them.

One event you will not want to miss is Saint Mary School vs the Harlem Wizards. The game is hosted at CBA and is a fun night for the entire family. Our very own teachers and staff play against the Harlem Wizards. There are many giveaways and numerous photo opportunities. Come out and support your teachers.

God bless,

Dismissal Information for New Parents

Every parent has to fill out and return a pickup form to their teacher. On that form you have three choices: your child will go on the bus, be let go towards Church St. (by the blue music trailer) or be a Mater Dei walker (this is towards the new Preschool building and in front of the church). You will not be able to drive through the school parking lot to get to the church or the new preschool building between 2-2:30 pm. The gates will be up. Please note the center parking spots noted in red on the picture are not available to use during dismissal. The buses need that space for pick up and turning around.

BREAKFAST & LUNCH MENUS

You read that right. Saint Mary School will now be offering breakfast options, as well as lunch.

Breakfast will be served from 7:15-7:45 am. There are many delicious and healthy options to choose from. Cash or check only.
