Old McHenry Road Crossing Update

Would you like to gain more insight into the Old McHenry Road Crossing Project? Would you like to see renderings and drawings regarding the project? Would you like to talk with the engineering teams that are in the process of the development of the OMX project?

If so, the leaders of St. Matthew invite you to an open meeting that will be held in the gym at St. Matthew Lutheran Church on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. through 7:00 p.m.

Members of the OMX team will have detailed information regarding the project for those attending and will be on hand to ask questions. You will also be able to submit any questions that you may have regarding the OMX project.

From the Lake County Division of Transportation and the TranSystems: “The goal of this study is to improve safety, traffic operations and connectivity for motorists, bicyclists, and pedestrians within and surrounding the Old McHenry Road and CN Railroad area and along Quentin Road. The project will evaluate the feasibility of constructing a new grade separation at the CN Railroad Tracks

This is an open meeting for all our St. Matthew members as well as any community residents to attend and obtain current information about the Old McHenry Road Crossing Project
