Dear Saint Paul School Community & Friends,
Yesterday it was a nice change of pace to work from school. Many teachers were here working but definitely not the same without our students present. It did give me a sense of normalcy, even if for only a few hours.
While at school, Mr. Dave Frank and I sat to review the Guidance on Required Safety Supplies for Re-Opening Schools. We will be placing orders for 100% occupancy for 12-weeks all of the required supplies. This includes student masks, adult masks, disposable nitrite gloves, disposable gowns, eye protection, face shields, ventilation masks, hand sanitizer and waste disposal mediums.
Not required, but we feel will add another layer of safety and protection, we will be purchasing spray sanitizers and installing sensor hand soap dispensers in bathrooms, sensor faucets in bathrooms, sensor paper towel holders in bathrooms, and sensor sanitizer dispensers throughout the school.
On June 15-16 Saint Paul School will be collecting all school related materials. A list of items to look for and return can be found below as well as the
parent visitation schedule.
In addition, we will have prepackaged any personal items left behind from desks, lockers, cubbies, classrooms and art projects. Summer requirement letter from Principal, NWEA Progress Report, letter from teacher, and summer reading and math requirements will also be included.
When you come to school on Monday-Tuesday of next week you will see new signage for social distancing protocols. Please follow the entrance/exit/social distancing protocols. This signage will be updated as the Department of Secondary and Elementary Education provides or changes information.
Thank you for your continued patience and flexibility. Please reach out with questions and comments and I will respond either via email, videoconference or phone.
