May 1, 2020
Dear Saint Paul School Community & Friends,

At 10:00 am today 336 of us joined for liturgy with Fr. Nestor via Facebook Live. We welcome you to join us every Friday this month and invite you to access the Mass from the Collaborative Parishes website  https://www.hinghamcatholic.org  or via Facebook  https://www.facebook.com/HinghamCatholic/

Yesterday we launched our   Annual Fund Appeal with an additional ask for Financial Aid assistance. In less than 24 hours we have already received over $12,000 in donations. I am overwhelmed with the generous response from our school community. This year this ask is more important than ever. I maintain my commitment that no student should be denied a Saint Paul School education because of a financial barrier.Thank you for your support and please click here if you are able to make a gift today.

Today I also emailled home a document home titled “Remote Learning Plan." The teachers and I worked very hard on it, and it will include answers to the following questions:
  • How will Saint Paul School ensure that our students acquire the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in September 2020?
  • How will Saint Paul School maintain connections and community with their students?
  • Grade Level Guidelines and Expectations to Navigate Remote Learning
  • How will the grading policy need to evolve?
  • Will Saint Paul School have academic summer programming?
  • What will reentry at Saint Paul School look like?

The month of May is and special time on the Catholic Church's liturgical calenda as it is dedicated to the veneration of the Virgin Mary, mother of Jesus. In celebration of this, all Saint Paul School students and parents are invited to participate in the Rosary Club on Monday at 9:00a. Below is also a printable attachment “How to Pray the Rosary”.

Thank you for your continued patience and flexibility. Please reach out with questions and comments and I will respond either via email, videoconference or phone.

Sincerely,
Principal
