November 13, 2020
Dear Saint Paul School Community,

I enjoy my morning walks around the school and while visiting Kindergarten today I learned that we have been in school 45 school days.  I was very impressed with their attention to prayer and Pledge of Allegiance, their morning routine and put together uniforms.  Our remote learner was an active participant and assisted with calendar.

I continued my walk to Preschool and witnessed 14
3-4 year old’s sitting, listening and raising their hands.  No easy feat first thing in the morning but they have it!

Before being called back to the office, I made one more stop into Prekindergarten.  They were all sitting on the floor, once again very attentive, listening to the plan for the day.

I share this because I am proud of our teachers and students and you should be too!  Masks and 4.5 feet apart can’t stop us from teaching and learning!

Thank you to our families who anticipate travelling and completed the Saint Paul School Travel Survey - Thanksgiving and Christmas 2020.

Massachusetts residents are urged to limit any out-of-state travel only to states designated as COVID-19 lower-risk states.

If you are planning upcoming travel to a higher-risk state/country students will be required to complete Massachusetts Travel Form, quarantine for 14 days or produce a negative COVID-19 test result that has been administered up to 72-hours prior to your arrival in Massachusetts.

Additional information can be found on the mass.gov website:

We will continue to monitor your destination for a change to a lower-risk status.

We ask that you submit negative test results for your student to the Health Office (nurses@spshingham.orgbefore he/she returns to Saint Paul School. This is for the safety of our students and faculty.

For travel on school days, we will be abiding by our Absence Policy found in our handbook on pages 8-9.

Feedback from “Better than a Suggestion Box” ….
We are so happy and proud to be a part of the Saint Paul’s community and have already seen so much developmental growth from our child. Our daughter now wants to be a teacher “when she grows up” so she can be just like Ms. Fiotto! ❤️

TEAM SPS: Embarking on a new adventure together!
