Dear Saint Paul School Community,

Thank you to PTO for sponsoring and to everyone who attended last night’s Parent Social at the Paragon Boardwalk in Hull.  It was so nice to gather our school community and welcome everyone back to the 2021-22 school year.

Did you know our school offers the ROSARY on Monday mornings at 8:30 am via ZOOM for our families and friends?  Please join us with this recurring Zoom Meeting link!
Meeting ID: 846 0847 7021
Passcode: Rosary

With the start of the new school year, we are already seeing more and more of our students over scheduled and schoolwork being affected.  Grade 4-8 Teachers are hearing a lot of I didn’t have time last night to do my homework.  We encourage the well-rounded well-balanced student and understand this includes sports, clubs and family events.  But remember we hold the Saint Paul School student to high expectations and their homework and studies should be a priority.

You may have heard from your student that the elevator is out-of-order.  This is a major repair and we have signed a contract for it to be fixed.  We are just awaiting a date for the work to be completed.

Please take a few minutes to click here and complete this quick survey to better help us pinpoint areas that may be of concern to our school and to help us to better utilize the MARC Anti-Bullying/Anti-Cyberbullying Curricula. Your participation also helps MARC to further their research, obtain grant funding, and continue to provide many of their resources and student presentations free of charge.

DROP-OFF, PICK-UP AND BUSSING are getting better each day.  A friendly reminder to NOT park in the Citizens Bank or Post Office parking lots.

Starting on September 20 (through approximately October 8) there will be (repaving and reconstructing) construction on Rte. 228 beginning as early as 7:00 am.  There will be travel delays so please plan your travel to and from school accordingly.  We are working with Hingham Transportation and if we hear of any changes to bussing we will let you know. For more information: https://www.hinghamanchor.com/rte-228-project-set-to-begin-sept-20-allow-extra-travel-time/

Changes to your student’s pick-up procedure?  I suggest keeping a few sheets from the YELLOW NOTEPAD in your car.
