Campus Update
We are committed to providing you with as much clarity as possible about the year to come. As we continue to meet with the Task Force, we will update our Re-entry plan and communicate any changes to the plan with our school community.

We appreciate your survey feedback and individual communications, as well as the patience and support you have given us as we work through the many details to prepare for a safe and healthy return. We are grateful to have the expertise and guidance from Dr. Bharadwaj and Dr. Keith. We will be publishing a Q and A document for parents in the coming weeks.

Nothing can replace the feeling of being back together, face to face, and all of us at All Saints’ are looking forward to seeing our students return on August 19.

Preparations for On Campus Learning

We would like to ask that help ready your children for re-entry by beginning to implement some of the new procedures for school: 

  • Check temperature daily
  • Incorporate hand washing breaks in your daily routine 
  • Wear face coverings in public (5K-6th grade students) 
  • Maintain social distancing guidelines in public 
  • Continue regular doctor visits and well-child appointments
  • Keep immunizations and physicals current
  • Encourage physical activity and outdoor time
Application for Modified Distance Learning
While we understand the on-campus experience is the most suitable approach for the majority of our students, we also recognize that due to pre-existing health conditions or other risk factors that some of our students will need to learn from home. Please click here to complete an application for Modified Distance Learning (MDL) by  Monday, July 27 . This timeline will help us prepare for participating students.
Task Force Talk
Evan Powell and Ashley Stokes will facilitate a series of Zoom meetings called  Task Force Talk.  These meetings are designed to answer questions and provide valuable information for the All Saints' community regarding re-entry and maintaining a healthy school environment.
